So last night was the second (and final) time for me to see the Dixie Chicks (and the Eagles). I'm a bit sad because now I don't know when I'll see them in concert again :-(. Daniela, Jemal, and Lily came over before the concert, and then Lily, Phil, and my mom left to go there...we ate in a restaurant in the holiday inn and then were off to the concert. So I got two free tickets to see the latest Cirque du Soleil show in LA, "Corteo," to review it for the USC Daily Trojan. Daniela had class and Marcus had never been to a Cirque show (neither had I actually), so the both of us went. It was pretty cool and we were also invited to the after party...

Today was the last day of my original CBS internship (even though I'll be continuing in the fall, it will only be part-time) but it was quite a last day! I got to go back to the Big Brother house and actually got to go in the backyard and watch the food competition live! Ok, it is a must to see this movie...its called "La Vie En Rose" and its a biopic on French singer Edith Piaf played brilliantly by Marion Cotillard. It is such a great movie, one of the best ive seen recently. i promise you wont regret it!

Oh Em Gee...Freaks and Geeks is SUCH a good show. its only one season long (what an injustice) so if you havent seen it, youre missing out! daniela, lina, lily, and i watched 3 episodes in a row (daniela watched even more and i wouldve too if i didnt have to get up for class tomorrow). so go rent or netflix or buy it...NOW!

Exactly one year ago, me, Daniela, Lina, Jemal, Phil, and his friend Brandon also went to Disneyland for Jemal's 19th birthday, which also happed to be the day I started this LJ...
